NFT Sentinel End User License Agreement

1. Scope of this EULA

For purposes of this EULA, “App” means the NFT Sentinel mobile application, including any version made available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Solana dApp Store, or other authorized app stores or distribution channels. “NFT Sentinel,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the operator of the NFT Sentinel application, website, and related services.

This EULA applies to your use of the App, including:

1. the mobile application distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Solana dApp Store, or other authorized app stores or distribution channels;
2. any updates, patches, upgrades, or modified versions of the App;
3. any in-app features that interact with blockchain networks, wallets, APIs, or third-party services;
4. any content, interface, software, or functionality made available through the App.

Your use of any related website, account system, backend service, wallet-connected feature, community feature, or other online service may also be governed by our separate Terms of Use, available at:

If there is a conflict between this EULA and the Terms of Use, this EULA governs your license to install and use the App as software, and the Terms of Use govern your use of the related services.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this EULA.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App to you. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

3. License Restrictions

You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

1. copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
2. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
3. rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party;
4. remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices in the App;
5. use the App to violate applicable law, regulations, sanctions rules, or third-party rights;
6. interfere with, disrupt, damage, overload, or impair the App, our systems, blockchain infrastructure, RPC providers, or third-party services;
7. bypass, disable, or circumvent any security, access control, rate limit, or authentication mechanism;
8. use the App for fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized wallet access, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful transaction;
9. use bots, scripts, automation, scraping, or other automated methods in a manner that harms the App, our services, or other users;
10. impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, project, wallet, or organization.

4. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

1. you have the legal capacity to enter into this EULA;
2. you are not prohibited from using the App under applicable law;
3. you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where use of the App is prohibited;
4. you are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit your use of the App;
5. you will use the App only for lawful purposes.

If the App includes features that are age-restricted, financial, token-related, asset-transfer-related, or otherwise regulated, you must satisfy all applicable age, residency, and legal requirements before using those features.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

1. maintaining the security of your device;
2. maintaining the security of any wallet, private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, password, passcode, biometric lock, or authentication method you use;
3. reviewing all transaction details before signing or approving any action through your wallet;
4. ensuring that you understand the risks of blockchain transactions;
5. ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations;
6. backing up and securing your wallet credentials;
7. paying any applicable network fees, transaction fees, or third-party service fees;
8. verifying addresses, amounts, assets, networks, and transaction details before approval.

We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your device, wallet, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or other credentials.

6. Non-Custodial Wallet Notice

The App is intended to operate as a non-custodial application unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not store, control, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, mnemonic phrases, wallet passwords, or wallet credentials.

We cannot:

1. recover your wallet;
2. reset your private key;
3. reverse a transaction that you approved;
4. access your digital assets;
5. prevent a transaction that you sign through a third-party wallet;
6. restore access to assets lost due to device loss, compromised credentials, malicious software, phishing, incorrect addresses, or user error.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet and credentials.

7. Blockchain Transactions

The App may allow you to view, prepare, request, initiate, or sign blockchain-related actions through a compatible wallet.

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. blockchain transactions are generally irreversible;
2. transactions may require network fees, including SOL or other applicable fees;
3. transaction confirmation times may vary;
4. transactions may fail, expire, be delayed, or be rejected by the network, wallet, RPC provider, or third-party service;
5. transaction data may be publicly visible on the relevant blockchain;
6. smart contracts, token programs, NFT metadata, and blockchain protocols may contain errors, vulnerabilities, or unexpected behavior;
7. you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any transaction before signing it with your wallet.

We do not guarantee that any blockchain transaction will be successful, timely, accurate, reversible, or free from error.

8. Third-Party Wallets and External Services

The App may interact with third-party wallets, wallet adapters, blockchain networks, RPC providers, APIs, analytics tools, error reporting tools, storage networks, bridges, token programs, NFT metadata services, or other external services.

These third-party services are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for:

1. the availability, accuracy, security, performance, or reliability of third-party services;
2. errors, delays, outages, vulnerabilities, or data issues caused by third-party services;
3. wallet prompts, signing screens, transaction displays, or approvals handled by third-party wallet applications;
4. fees, losses, failed transactions, incorrect balances, incorrect metadata, or display errors caused by blockchain networks or third-party providers;
5. changes to third-party terms, policies, APIs, fees, or functionality.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies provided by those third parties.

9. Tokens, NFTs, Transfers, and Digital Assets

The App may display, reference, or interact with tokens, NFTs, digital assets, blockchain accounts, wallet actions, asset transfers, send requests, or on-chain activity.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

1. information displayed in the App is provided for informational purposes only;
2. balances, metadata, prices, transaction status, transfer status, or asset information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable;
3. no display of any token, NFT, digital asset, wallet action, transfer status, or transaction status constitutes an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation;
4. asset transfers and send requests may be subject to wallet approval, network fees, compatibility limitations, technical limitations, fraud prevention checks, geographic restrictions, platform rules, and applicable law;
5. we do not guarantee the value, liquidity, transferability, availability, or future utility of any token, NFT, or digital asset, and we do not guarantee that any transfer or send request will be submitted, accepted, confirmed, successful, timely, or reversible.

The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You should make your own decisions and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

10. No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing in the App, including any data, dashboard, token information, NFT information, transfer information, transaction interface, notification, article, chart, or message, constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and consequences of any transaction, asset, wallet interaction, or blockchain-related action.

We do not guarantee any profit, return, asset value, transaction outcome, transfer outcome, or future performance.

11. User Content and Feedback

If the App allows you to submit, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise provide content, feedback, suggestions, bug reports, comments, or other materials, you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide such materials and that such materials do not violate any law, this EULA, or third-party rights.

By providing feedback or suggestions regarding the App, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and incorporate such feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, harmful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its software, code, design, user interface, graphics, trademarks, logos, icons, text, images, documentation, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in this EULA, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

You must not use our name, trademarks, logos, app icons, product names, or branding without our prior written consent.

Open-source components included in the App are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. Open-source license notices are available at:

13. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

https://nftsentinel.com/app/privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we retain it, and what choices or rights may be available to you.

Depending on the App’s functionality, the App may process information such as public wallet addresses, device information, app version, operating system version, analytics events, error logs, crash reports, support communications, and other information described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not request or store your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or mnemonic phrases.

14. Updates and Changes to the App

We may, at any time and with or without notice:

1. update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it;
2. add, remove, or change features;
3. change supported wallets, networks, RPC providers, APIs, or integrations;
4. fix bugs, improve performance, or address security issues;
5. require you to install updates to continue using the App.

We do not guarantee that any version of the App will remain available or compatible with your device, wallet, operating system, blockchain network, or third-party service.

15. Availability and Security

We use commercially reasonable efforts to provide and maintain the App. However, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

The App may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or impaired due to:

1. device issues;
2. internet connectivity problems;
3. wallet application issues;
4. blockchain network congestion or outages;
5. RPC provider failures;
6. third-party API changes;
7. maintenance, updates, or security incidents;
8. force majeure events;
9. regulatory, legal, or compliance-related restrictions.

You acknowledge that blockchain applications involve technical, security, and operational risks.

16. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated.

Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or any related services if we believe that:

1. you violated this EULA or applicable law;
2. your use of the App creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk;
3. your activity is fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized;
4. continued access is prohibited by law, regulation, sanctions, or platform policy;
5. we discontinue the App or relevant services.

Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to us under law or equity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution provisions.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, availability, security, compatibility, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

1. the App will meet your requirements;
2. the App will be uninterrupted, accurate, reliable, secure, or error-free;
3. defects will be corrected;
4. blockchain data, wallet data, token data, NFT data, transfer data, or transaction data will be accurate or complete;
5. any transaction will be confirmed, successful, reversible, or timely;
6. the App will be compatible with every device, wallet, operating system, network, or third-party service;
7. any token, NFT, or digital asset will have any value, liquidity, utility, or availability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including:

1. loss of digital assets;
2. loss of tokens, NFTs, digital assets, or wallet access;
3. lost profits;
4. loss of data;
5. loss of goodwill;
6. business interruption;
7. transaction failure;
8. unauthorized wallet access;
9. network fees;
10. losses caused by third-party wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, APIs, or external services;
11. losses caused by phishing, malware, compromised devices, incorrect addresses, user error, or unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this EULA or the App will not exceed the greater of:

1. the amount you paid directly to us for use of the App during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. USD 100 (or the equivalent amount in KRW).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

1. your use or misuse of the App;
2. your violation of this EULA;
3. your violation of applicable law or regulation;
4. your violation of third-party rights;
5. your blockchain transactions or wallet activity;
6. your content, feedback, or materials submitted through the App;
7. your fraud, negligence, willful misconduct, or unauthorized activity.

20. Export Control, Sanctions, and Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and other laws and regulations.

You must not use the App if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law, sanctions rules, or platform policies.

You must not use the App to facilitate unlawful transactions, sanctions evasion, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, or any other illegal activity.

21. App Store and Platform Terms

Your download, installation, or use of the App may also be subject to the rules, policies, and terms of the app store, device platform, operating system, wallet provider, or authorized distribution channel through which you obtain or use the App.

21.1 Apple App Store

If the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store, your use of the App may also be subject to the Apple Media Services Terms, Apple App Store rules, and any applicable Apple platform terms. Where required by Apple App Store rules, purchases of digital features, subscriptions, or digital services made within the iOS version of the App will be processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

21.2 Google Play

If the App is downloaded from Google Play, your use of the App may also be subject to Google Play terms and policies. Where required by Google Play policies, purchases of digital goods or services made within the Android version of the App distributed through Google Play will be processed through Google Play’s billing system.

21.3 Solana dApp Store

If the App is distributed through the Solana dApp Store, your use of the App may also be subject to Solana dApp Store terms, Publisher Policy, Developer Agreement, wallet-related requirements, blockchain transaction rules, and any applicable Solana Mobile or distribution platform requirements.

21.4 Other Authorized Distribution Channels

If the App is distributed through another authorized app store, enterprise distribution channel, testing channel, or direct distribution method, your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and rules applicable to that channel.

If any applicable platform terms impose additional requirements, you agree to comply with those terms as well. Nothing in this EULA limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable platform terms or consumer protection laws.

22. Changes to this EULA

We may update or modify this EULA from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, our website, the applicable app store listing, or other reasonable means. The updated EULA will be effective as of the date stated at the top of the document unless otherwise specified.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated EULA constitutes your acceptance of the updated EULA. If you do not agree to the updated EULA, you must stop using the App.

23. Governing Law

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this EULA limits such mandatory rights.

24. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at the email address below and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA or the App will be resolved in the courts located in Suwon District Court, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

25. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, if permitted by law.

26. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of this EULA does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of NFT Sentinel.

27. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this EULA or any rights or obligations under this EULA without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer this EULA in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law.

28. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with any documents referenced in it, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your license to use the App and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements regarding that subject matter.

Related services may be governed by separate Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Open Source Licenses.
