What are the support response guidelines?

Wallet and transaction help
Wallet and transaction issues may depend on wallet apps, Solana network status, RPC providers, transaction signatures, or local device conditions. If needed, provide a public wallet address or transaction signature.
Do not provide private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, mnemonic phrases, or wallet passwords.
Why is my wallet not connecting?
Check whether your wallet app is installed, updated, unlocked, and compatible with the connection method used by NFT Sentinel. Wallet permissions and network conditions may also affect connection requests.
Why is the signature request not showing?
A signature request may not appear if the wallet app is closed, permissions are blocked, the session expired, app switching failed, or the network is unstable.
Why did my transaction signature fail?
A signature may fail if the request was rejected, the wallet session expired, there was not enough SOL for network fees, the network was unavailable, or the wallet app returned an error.
Why is my transaction pending?
A pending transaction may be caused by Solana network delay, RPC delay, wallet processing delay, or temporary indexing delay. If available, provide the transaction signature when contacting support.
Can I cancel a transaction I approved by mistake?
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain. NFT Sentinel cannot reverse, cancel, or modify public blockchain records.
Are there network fees?
Some blockchain actions may require Solana network fees. These fees are paid to the network and are not controlled by NFT Sentinel.
What does NFT Sentinel inspect?
NFT Sentinel may review ownership context, metadata response status, original content accessibility, external storage availability, ownership activity, suspicious activity indicators, and collection-level reporting context.
Does NFT Sentinel guarantee NFT safety?
No. NFT Sentinel provides inspection and monitoring context, but it does not guarantee NFT safety, future availability, market value, or transaction outcome.
Does NFT Sentinel audit smart contracts?
No. NFT Sentinel is not presented as a smart contract audit service. Its focus is NFT asset status, metadata and content accessibility, ownership activity context, and practical risk signal review.
Why can NFT metadata or content become unavailable?
NFT metadata or original content may depend on external storage, gateways, hosting services, collection configuration, or third-party infrastructure. NFT Sentinel can help surface accessibility signals, but cannot control third-party storage availability.

Can NFT Sentinel delete on-chain blockchain data?
No. NFT Sentinel may be able to delete or restrict information stored in its own systems, but it cannot delete or modify public blockchain data recorded on-chain.
What data does NFT Sentinel collect?
Depending on available features, NFT Sentinel may process support request details, app version, device information, public wallet addresses, transaction signatures, technical logs, and other information described in the Privacy Policy.

Should I send my seed phrase for support?
No. Do not submit your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, mnemonic phrase, or wallet password. NFT Sentinel will never ask for this information.
What can I provide for wallet troubleshooting?
You may optionally provide a public wallet address or transaction signature if needed for troubleshooting. Never provide wallet secrets or passwords.
What should I do if I exposed sensitive wallet information?
If you believe a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, mnemonic phrase, or wallet password has been exposed, consider the wallet compromised and use your wallet provider's recommended recovery or asset-transfer procedure. NFT Sentinel cannot recover exposed wallet secrets.
