For purposes of this notice, “App” means the NFT Sentinel mobile application and related software, including versions made available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Solana dApp Store, or other authorized app stores or distribution channels. NFT Sentinel is an independently operated software project managed by an individual developer based in the Republic of Korea. “NFT Sentinel,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to that individual operator.

The proprietary components of NFT Sentinel, including its source code, software architecture, API endpoints, database schemas, data infrastructure, user interface designs, documentation, graphics, branding, app name, logos, icons, and related materials, are owned by or licensed to the individual operator of NFT Sentinel.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, applicable open-source license terms, or a separate written agreement, no part of our proprietary software, infrastructure, interface, branding, or related materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse-engineered, decompiled, distributed, transmitted, extracted, or used in a manner that infringes our proprietary rights without prior written permission.
Open-source components included in or used by NFT Sentinel remain subject to their respective open-source licenses. Nothing on this page limits your rights under those open-source licenses.
If there is a conflict between this page and the license terms of a third-party component, the license terms of that third-party component will apply.
