NFT Sentinel Terms of Service

  • Effective Date: 2026-07-01
  • Last Updated: 2026-07-01
  • Applies to Existing and New Accounts From: 2026-07-01

1. Relationship with the EULA

For purposes of these Terms, “App” means the NFT Sentinel mobile application. “Service” or “Services” means the NFT Sentinel application, website, APIs, blockchain-enabled features, wallet connection features, support channels, content, and related services provided by us. NFT Sentinel is an independently operated software service managed by an individual developer based in the Republic of Korea. “NFT Sentinel,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to that individual operator. “You” or “user” means any person who accesses or uses the Services.

Your download, installation, and use of the NFT Sentinel mobile application as software is also governed by our End User License Agreement, available at:

https://nftsentinel.com/app/eula

These Terms govern your use of the Services, including any account features, wallet-connected features, asset transfer features where supported or available, online services, website features, and other service functionality.

The initial release of NFT Sentinel is intended primarily for NFT State Review. Basic State Review does not require NFT transfers, token transfers, swaps, staking, lending, borrowing, marketplace listing, or custody of user assets.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the EULA:

  1. the EULA governs your license to install and use the mobile application as software;
  2. these Terms govern your use of the Services and related online features.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so.

You must be at least 17 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to access or use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  1. you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
  2. you satisfy the minimum age requirement stated in these Terms;
  3. you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law;
  4. you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a jurisdiction where use of the Services is prohibited;
  5. you are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Services;
  6. you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account, use a passkey, connect a wallet, or provide certain information. Other features may be available through demo or anonymous access.

NFT Sentinel does not currently offer social login through Google, Apple, Facebook, or other social identity providers. Where account functionality is available, passkey authentication may be used. The biometric data, device passcode, or other local authentication factor used to unlock a passkey remains under the control of your device or platform provider and is not received by NFT Sentinel.

You agree to:

  1. provide accurate, current, and complete information where requested;
  2. keep your account information up to date;
  3. maintain the security of your account, passkeys, device, and authentication methods;
  4. promptly notify us of unauthorized access or a suspected security breach;
  5. accept responsibility for activities performed through your account or connected wallet, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe that account information is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unauthorized, compromised, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Some accounts may not have a registered email address. An account without a registered email address cannot receive email notices and is treated under the separate inactive-account rules below. Email registration is not required unless a specific feature or account-recovery flow states otherwise.

3.1 Account Deletion and Withdrawal

You may request account deletion through the in-app deletion path or the designated external deletion-request page. We may require proportionate verification through the current session, a passkey, email verification, a wallet signature, or another appropriate method.

When a verified account-deletion request is submitted:

  1. ordinary account access and sign-in are suspended promptly;
  2. a seven-day deletion grace period begins;
  3. during that period, you may withdraw the deletion request only after verification and an explicit recovery choice;
  4. if recovery is not completed before the deadline, deletion becomes final and the account cannot be restored;
  5. a later registration using the same email address or wallet is treated as a new account.

Final deletion does not remove or alter public blockchain records and does not require deletion of records that must be retained under applicable law. Such retained records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting the App, stopping use of the Services, or disconnecting a wallet does not by itself delete your account. Deleting an account also does not automatically cancel a subscription processed by Apple, Google, or another app store; you must manage or cancel that subscription through the applicable platform unless the platform provides otherwise.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

For this section, “last activity” means the most recent qualifying authenticated use of the account, including a successful sign-in or another authenticated account action designated by us as active use.

As an operational account-retention policy, and not as a statutory dormancy period:

  1. an account with a registered email address may be scheduled for deletion after three years of inactivity;
  2. we will send notice to the registered email address at least 30 days before the scheduled deletion date;
  3. qualifying authenticated activity during the notice period cancels the scheduled deletion;
  4. if no qualifying activity occurs, the account is deleted under the final-deletion process described above;
  5. an account without a registered email address is not automatically deleted solely because of inactivity, although expired sessions, push tokens, and unnecessary detailed device records may be removed under separate security and data-minimization schedules.

Push notifications and notices displayed only after a user returns to the App are not treated as the required advance notice for this process.

This inactive-account policy applies to existing and new accounts from 2026-07-01.

4. Wallet Connection

The Services may allow you to connect a third-party Solana wallet, such as Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or another compatible wallet.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. wallet connection does not give us custody or control over your wallet;
  2. we do not store, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, mnemonic phrases, or wallet credentials;
  3. you are solely responsible for securing your wallet and wallet credentials;
  4. you are solely responsible for reviewing all wallet prompts and transaction details before approval;
  5. we cannot recover your wallet, reverse transactions, or restore lost digital assets.

You should never share your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or mnemonic phrase with us or anyone else.

5. Blockchain Transactions

The Services may allow you, where supported, to view, prepare, initiate, request, or sign blockchain-related actions.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. blockchain transactions are generally irreversible;
  2. transaction details may be publicly visible on the relevant blockchain;
  3. transactions may require network fees, including SOL or other applicable fees;
  4. transactions may fail, expire, be delayed, or be rejected;
  5. balances, metadata, transaction status, transfer status, or asset information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable;
  6. smart contracts, token programs, NFT metadata, and blockchain protocols may contain vulnerabilities, errors, or unexpected behavior.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any transaction before signing it with your wallet.

We do not guarantee that any transaction will be successful, timely, accurate, reversible, profitable, or free from error.

6. Tokens, NFTs, Transfers, and Digital Assets

The Services may, where supported, display, reference, or interact with tokens, NFTs, digital assets, blockchain accounts, wallet actions, asset transfers, send requests, or on-chain activity.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  1. any token, NFT, digital asset, wallet action, asset transfer, send request, transaction status, or transfer status information is provided for informational purposes only;
  2. we do not guarantee the value, liquidity, transferability, utility, availability, or future performance of any token, NFT, or digital asset;
  3. asset transfers and send requests may be subject to wallet approval, network fees, compatibility limitations, technical limitations, fraud prevention checks, geographic restrictions, platform rules, and applicable law;
  4. NFT Sentinel does not guarantee that any transfer, send request, wallet action, or blockchain transaction will be submitted, accepted, confirmed, successful, timely, accurate, reversible, or free from error;
  5. any displayed balance, metadata, transaction status, transfer status, or asset information may be delayed, incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable.

6.1 Platform and Asset Transfer Restrictions

NFT Sentinel may allow users, where supported, to view, prepare, request, or approve wallet actions such as sending or transferring tokens, NFTs, or other supported digital assets through a compatible non-custodial wallet.

NFT Sentinel does not custody, control, or transfer assets on your behalf. Any asset transfer or send action must be reviewed and approved by you through your wallet. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible and may require network fees.

NFT Sentinel does not provide a marketplace, exchange, brokerage, trading, swapping, staking, lending, borrowing, minting, listing, buying, selling, or tokenized asset earning service unless expressly stated in a specific feature description and permitted by applicable platform rules and applicable law.

NFT Sentinel does not provide cryptocurrency, tokens, NFTs, tokenized digital assets, monetary compensation, transferable value, or asset transfers as consideration for completing tasks such as downloading apps, inviting users, posting to social networks, engaging with promotional content, or performing similar promotional actions, unless such compensation or transfers are expressly permitted by applicable platform rules and applicable law.

NFT Sentinel does not use NFT ownership, cryptocurrency holdings, wallet assets, off-platform purchases, or tokenized digital assets to unlock paid app features where such access method is prohibited by the applicable app store or distribution platform.

Any wallet action, asset transfer, send request, or other blockchain transaction may be subject to applicable platform rules, wallet approval, network fees, geographic restrictions, access conditions, technical limitations, fraud prevention checks, and applicable law.

The Services do not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating risks and consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.

7. No Custody and No Fiduciary Relationship

The Services are intended to be non-custodial unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not act as your broker, financial advisor, investment advisor, bank, custodian, trustee, fiduciary, agent, or tax advisor.

You retain sole responsibility for:

  1. your wallet;
  2. your digital assets;
  3. your transaction decisions;
  4. your tax obligations;
  5. your compliance with applicable laws;
  6. any gains, losses, fees, or liabilities arising from your use of blockchain networks or digital assets.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or interact with third-party services, including:

  1. wallet applications;
  2. blockchain networks;
  3. RPC providers;
  4. token programs;
  5. NFT metadata services;
  6. analytics providers;
  7. error reporting tools;
  8. storage networks;
  9. APIs;
  10. app stores or distribution platforms.

We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, performance, policies, fees, or functionality.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  1. violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions rule, or third-party right;
  2. engage in fraud, deception, phishing, spoofing, impersonation, or unauthorized access;
  3. access, use, or attempt to use another person’s wallet, account, credentials, or digital assets without authorization;
  4. facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, or other unlawful activity;
  5. interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the Services or any related infrastructure;
  6. bypass, disable, or circumvent security controls, access controls, rate limits, or authentication systems;
  7. upload or transmit malware, malicious code, spyware, bots, scripts, or harmful software;
  8. scrape, crawl, index, or extract data from the Services in violation of our instructions or applicable law;
  9. use automated systems in a manner that harms the Services or other users;
  10. submit false, misleading, infringing, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content;
  11. misuse wallet connection, asset transfer, rate limit, security, or anti-abuse mechanisms;
  12. create multiple accounts or wallets to manipulate transfer flows, security checks, rate limits, or usage metrics;
  13. use the Services in a way that creates legal, regulatory, security, operational, or reputational risk for us.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

10. User Content

The Services may allow you to submit, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise provide content, including usernames, profile information, comments, feedback, support requests, images, metadata, or other materials.

You retain any rights you have in your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and process your content solely for operating, improving, securing, and providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. you have all rights necessary to provide your content;
  2. your content does not violate any law, these Terms, or third-party rights;
  3. your content is not fraudulent, misleading, harmful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

We may remove or restrict access to user content if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other comments about the Services, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

We may use feedback to improve, modify, develop, or commercialize the Services.

12. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, code, interfaces, designs, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, text, images, documentation, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or the EULA, you may not:

  1. copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Services;
  2. use our trademarks, logos, app icons, product names, or branding without our prior written consent;
  3. remove or alter any proprietary notices;
  4. use the Services to develop a competing product or service in violation of applicable law.

Open-source components are governed by their respective open-source licenses. Open-source license notices are available at:

https://nftsentinel.com/app/licenses

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

https://nftsentinel.com/app/privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we retain it, and what rights or choices may be available to you.

Depending on the functionality of the Services, we may process information such as public wallet addresses, passkey-related public-key authentication data, device information, app version, operating system version, analytics events, error logs, crash reports, purchase identifiers, subscription and entitlement status, receipt-validation information, support communications, and other information described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not request or store your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or mnemonic phrases.

14. Fees, Taxes, Purchases, and Network Costs

14.1 Digital Feature Purchases

The Services may offer one-time purchases that unlock digital features or functionality. A one-time feature unlock grants a limited license or entitlement to access the specified feature under these Terms and the EULA. It does not transfer ownership of the App, software, intellectual property, data infrastructure, or underlying technology.

Where required by the applicable distribution platform, purchases of digital features must be processed through that platform’s in-app purchase or billing system.

14.2 Subscriptions

The Services may offer auto-renewable or other recurring subscriptions that provide access to specified digital features or ongoing services. Before purchase, the applicable purchase screen will identify the subscription benefits, period, price and currency, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any applicable trial or introductory offer.

Unless canceled within the period required by the applicable platform, an auto-renewable subscription may renew automatically and the platform may charge the payment method associated with your store account. Subscriptions must generally be managed through the app store or distribution platform through which they were purchased. Deleting the App or stopping use of the Services does not automatically cancel a subscription.

14.3 Purchase Restoration, Refunds, and Billing Disputes

Where supported, you may restore eligible purchases using the same app-store account used for the original purchase. Consumable purchases, if any, may not be restorable unless required by the applicable platform or law.

Purchases and subscriptions are generally subject to the refund, cancellation, restoration, and billing policies of the platform that processed the transaction. We do not independently control refunds processed by Apple, Google, or another app store. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.

14.4 Voluntary Developer Support

The App may offer an optional in-app purchase that allows users to voluntarily support the individual developer. Developer support:

  1. is entirely optional;
  2. is not a charitable donation and is not represented as tax deductible;
  3. does not provide digital goods, feature access, subscription benefits, priority treatment, financial returns, tokens, NFTs, or other consideration unless expressly offered as a separate digital product;
  4. does not affect access to the ordinary free functionality of the App.

Voluntary developer-support transactions may be processed through the applicable app store’s in-app purchase system.

14.5 Network Fees, Platform Charges, and Taxes

You are responsible for fees, taxes, and costs associated with your use of the Services, including blockchain network fees, wallet provider fees, app-store charges, third-party service fees, internet or mobile data fees, and taxes that may apply to your transactions, transfers, purchases, subscriptions, assets, or use of the Services.

App-store charges for digital features, subscriptions, and developer support are separate from blockchain network fees. A purchase through an app store does not include Solana or other blockchain network fees unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for determining, withholding, collecting, reporting, or remitting taxes that apply to you unless expressly required by applicable law. You should consult your own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of your use of the Services.

15. Availability, Modifications, and Suspension

We may, at any time and with or without notice:

  1. modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part of them;
  2. add, remove, or change features;
  3. change supported wallets, networks, APIs, RPC providers, assets, or integrations;
  4. impose or modify usage limits, eligibility criteria, or access requirements;
  5. suspend or restrict access to protect users, the Services, or third-party systems;
  6. take action to comply with applicable law, sanctions, platform rules, or regulatory requirements.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or available at all times.

16. Beta Features and Experimental Functionality

Some features may be labeled or treated as beta, experimental, preview, early access, or test features.

Beta or experimental features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to change. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue such features at any time.

You use beta or experimental features at your own risk.

17. Compliance and Restrictions

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including laws relating to:

  1. export control;
  2. sanctions;
  3. anti-money laundering;
  4. counter-terrorist financing;
  5. consumer protection;
  6. data protection;
  7. intellectual property;
  8. securities, commodities, financial services, or digital asset regulation, where applicable.

You must not use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law or expose us to legal, regulatory, security, or operational risk.

18. Termination

These Terms remain effective until terminated.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe that:

  1. you violated these Terms, the EULA, or applicable law;
  2. your activity is fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized;
  3. your use of the Services creates legal, regulatory, security, operational, or reputational risk;
  4. we are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, platform policy, or third-party requirement;
  5. we discontinue the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Stopping use of the Services, uninstalling the App, or disconnecting a wallet does not by itself delete your account. User-requested account deletion and inactivity-based account deletion are governed by Sections 3.1 and 3.2 and the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, your right to access or use the Services will cease. Termination does not affect blockchain transactions already submitted, on-chain records, or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and compatibility.

We do not warrant that:

  1. the Services will meet your requirements;
  2. the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free;
  3. defects will be corrected;
  4. blockchain data, wallet data, token data, NFT data, transfer data, or transaction data will be accurate or complete;
  5. any transaction will be successful, timely, reversible, or free from error;
  6. any token, NFT, or digital asset will have any value, utility, liquidity, availability, or future performance;
  7. third-party wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, APIs, or external services will function properly.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator and, where applicable, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including:

  1. loss of digital assets;
  2. loss of tokens, NFTs, digital assets, wallet access, or account access;
  3. lost profits;
  4. loss of data;
  5. loss of goodwill;
  6. business interruption;
  7. transaction failure;
  8. unauthorized wallet access;
  9. network fees or third-party fees;
  10. losses caused by third-party wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, APIs, storage systems, or external services;
  11. losses caused by phishing, malware, compromised devices, incorrect addresses, user error, or unauthorized activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of:

  1. the amount you paid directly to us for use of the Services during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  2. USD 100 (or the equivalent amount in KRW).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and, where applicable, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  1. your access to or use of the Services;
  2. your violation of these Terms or the EULA;
  3. your violation of applicable law or regulation;
  4. your violation of third-party rights;
  5. your wallet activity, blockchain transactions, or digital asset activity;
  6. your content, feedback, or materials submitted through the Services;
  7. your fraud, negligence, willful misconduct, or unauthorized activity.

22. App Store and Platform Terms

Your use of the Services may also be subject to the terms, rules, and policies of the app store, device platform, operating system, wallet provider, or authorized distribution channel through which you access or use the App.

22.1 Apple App Store

If the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store, your use of the App may also be subject to the Apple Media Services Terms, Apple App Store rules, and any applicable Apple platform terms. Where required by Apple App Store rules, purchases of digital features, subscriptions, premium functionality, or digital services made within the iOS version of the App will be processed through Apple In-App Purchase.

NFT Sentinel does not use NFT ownership, cryptocurrency holdings, wallet assets, or off-platform purchases to unlock paid iOS app features unless such access method is permitted by applicable Apple App Store rules.

22.2 Google Play

If the App is downloaded from Google Play, your use of the App may also be subject to Google Play terms and policies. Where required by Google Play policies, purchases of digital goods, subscriptions, premium functionality, or digital services made within the Android version of the App distributed through Google Play will be processed through Google Play’s billing system.

NFT Sentinel does not use NFT ownership, cryptocurrency holdings, wallet assets, or off-platform purchases to bypass Google Play billing requirements where Google Play policies require Google Play billing.

22.3 Solana dApp Store

If the App is distributed through the Solana dApp Store, your use of the App may also be subject to Solana dApp Store terms, Publisher Policy, Developer Agreement, wallet-related requirements, blockchain transaction rules, and any applicable Solana Mobile or distribution platform requirements.

Blockchain transaction functionality, wallet connection features, NFT inspection features, and related on-chain interactions remain subject to the wallet, blockchain network, RPC provider, and third-party service terms described in these Terms.

22.4 Other Authorized Distribution Channels

If the App is distributed through another authorized app store, enterprise distribution channel, testing channel, or direct distribution method, your use of the Services may also be subject to the terms and rules applicable to that channel.

You agree to comply with all applicable platform terms and policies. If platform rules impose stricter requirements for purchases, subscriptions, digital goods, NFT-related functionality, wallet interactions, external links, or user disclosures, those requirements apply to the affected version or distribution channel of the App.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, our website, the applicable app store listing, email, or other reasonable means. The updated Terms will be effective as of the date stated at the top of the document unless otherwise specified. This version, including the account-deletion, seven-day grace-period, and inactive-account provisions, applies to existing and new accounts from 2026-07-01.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to a material change, we will request that consent before the change becomes effective. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.

24. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms limits such mandatory rights.

25. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at the email address below and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts located in Suwon District Court, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, if permitted by law.

27. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of NFT Sentinel.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

The Operator may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a transfer of the Services, related intellectual property, service assets, or operation of NFT Sentinel to a successor operator, subject to applicable law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any documents referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements regarding that subject matter.

Your license to install and use the App as software is separately governed by the EULA.
