1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “App” means the NFT Sentinel mobile application, including iOS and Android versions where available. “Services” means the App, website, wallet-connected features, blockchain-related features, support channels, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy. NFT Sentinel is an independently operated software service managed by an individual developer based in the Republic of Korea. “NFT Sentinel,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to that individual operator. The individual operator determines the purposes and means of processing personal information for the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed in connection with:

  1. the NFT Sentinel mobile application, including iOS and Android versions where available;
  2. our website and legal pages;

  9. timestamps associated with the transaction.

Payment card numbers and payment-account credentials are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. We do not directly receive or store full payment card numbers. A voluntary developer-support purchase is not treated by us as a charitable donation and is not used for advertising profiling.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not intentionally collect:

  1. private keys;
  2. seed phrases;
  3. recovery phrases;
  4. mnemonic phrases;
  5. wallet passwords;
  6. full payment card numbers or payment-account credentials, which are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider;

  2. respond to lawful requests from authorities;
  3. enforce our EULA, Terms of Service, and policies;
  4. protect our rights, users, and services;
  5. resolve disputes;
  6. maintain required records.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances.

5.1 Service Providers

We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate the Services, such as:

  1. cloud hosting providers;
  2. backend infrastructure providers;
  3. analytics providers;
  4. crash reporting providers;
  5. customer support tools;
  6. security and fraud prevention tools;

  6. block explorers;
  7. other blockchain infrastructure providers.

Blockchain transactions and public wallet activity may be publicly visible and cannot generally be deleted or modified by us.

When you connect a wallet through Mobile Wallet Adapter or a compatible wallet connection flow, you may interact directly with a third-party wallet application. Wallet applications may process wallet connection requests, transaction signing requests, message signing requests, public wallet addresses, transaction details, and related information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not receive, collect, or control your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, mnemonic phrases, or wallet passwords through Mobile Wallet Adapter or any compatible wallet connection flow.

We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

  1. comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  2. enforce our EULA, Terms of Service, and policies;
  3. protect the rights, property, or safety of us, users, or others;
  4. detect or prevent fraud, security incidents, or abuse;
  5. respond to claims that content or activity violates the rights of others.

5.4 Transfer to a Successor Operator

If operation of NFT Sentinel, its technology, or related service assets is transferred to another operator or successor, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transition, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.

We may share information when you direct us to do so or when you provide consent.

5.6 App Stores and Payment Providers

Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, restorations, and voluntary developer-support transactions may be processed by the applicable distribution platform, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Solana dApp Store, or another authorized app store or billing provider.

Those platforms may process payment information, transaction identifiers, tax or storefront information, purchase history, and platform-account information under their own privacy policies. We may receive limited transaction, receipt, subscription, and entitlement information needed to verify and provide the purchased feature or subscription.

6. Public Blockchain Data

Blockchain networks are public or semi-public systems. If you sign or submit a transaction, information such as wallet addresses, transaction signatures, token transfers, program interactions, timestamps, and other transaction data may become publicly visible.

We do not control public blockchain networks and generally cannot delete, modify, or hide information recorded on-chain.

You should consider the public nature of blockchain transactions before using wallet-connected features.

7. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Services may include or interact with third-party services or SDKs, such as:

  1. wallet applications;
  2. Mobile Wallet Adapter-compatible wallet providers;
  3. analytics tools, where enabled;
  4. crash reporting tools;
  5. backend infrastructure;
  6. RPC providers;
  7. cloud hosting providers;
  8. app stores, in-app billing systems, purchase-verification services, and distribution platforms.

These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before using those services.

API calls to our own servers are processed by us as part of operating the Services and are not treated as a disclosure to a third party. API calls to third-party services, if any, may cause information such as public wallet addresses, transaction signatures, device information, diagnostics, support content, IP address, or request metadata to be processed by those third parties according to their own terms and privacy policies.

When you use blockchain-related features, public wallet addresses, transaction signatures, transaction details, and related request metadata may be processed by blockchain networks, RPC providers, wallet applications, or other blockchain infrastructure providers. This does not mean that we collect or control your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, mnemonic phrases, or wallet passwords.

We do not list provider-specific entries here unless those providers are actually used by the Services to process personal information, support communications, diagnostics, analytics, hosting, RPC requests, or similar data. If we later use such providers in a way that materially affects this Privacy Policy, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information.

Information Type Typical Retention
Active account information While the account remains active, subject to the specific deletion and inactivity rules below
Account pending user-requested deletion Seven days from the deletion request, unless the user completes verified recovery before the deadline
Email-registered inactive account Until three years after the last qualifying account activity, plus a 30-day advance-notice period
Account without a registered email Not automatically deleted solely due to inactivity; unnecessary sessions, push tokens, and detailed device records may be deleted earlier under separate security retention schedules
Passkey credentials, active sessions, refresh tokens, push tokens, and registered-device relationships Deleted when account deletion becomes final, or earlier when expired or no longer needed for security or service operation
Support communications As long as needed to resolve the request, handle disputes, and maintain legally required records
Analytics events and crash logs For the configured analytics, debugging, and reliability retention period, after which they are deleted or de-identified
Wallet connection records As needed to provide features, prevent abuse, and maintain security; account-linking information is deleted when account deletion becomes final unless lawful retention applies
Purchase verification, subscription, and developer-support transaction records For purchase verification, restoration, fraud prevention, billing support, disputes, and applicable legal or accounting obligations
Deletion-processing evidence Minimum information necessary to demonstrate completion, exceptions, and system status for the applicable internal or legal retention period
Backups Removed through the normal backup rotation and expiry cycle; restored data is subject to re-application of completed deletion records
Legal/compliance records As required by applicable law, stored separately or access-restricted where appropriate

Public blockchain data is controlled by the relevant blockchain network and may remain publicly available indefinitely.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security measures.

You are responsible for:

  1. securing your device;
  2. securing your wallet;
  3. protecting your private keys and recovery phrases;
  4. using trusted wallet applications;
  5. avoiding phishing websites and malicious applications;
  6. reviewing transaction prompts before approval.

We will never ask you for your private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or mnemonic phrase.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to:

  1. request access to information we hold about you;
  2. request correction of inaccurate information;
  3. request deletion of certain information;
  4. object to or restrict certain processing;
  5. request a copy of certain information;
  6. withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  7. opt out of certain communications.

To exercise your rights, contact us at:

support@nftsentinel.com

We may need to verify your request before responding. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.

We cannot delete or modify public blockchain data controlled by a blockchain network.

11. Account or Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information through the in-app account-deletion path or the external account-deletion request page at:

https://nftsentinel.com/app/support

You may also contact support@nftsentinel.com for privacy requests or assistance. A support request does not replace the in-app deletion control where account functionality is enabled.

We may require verification through the current authenticated session, a passkey, an email verification step, a wallet signature, or another proportionate method before processing a request. Never provide a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, mnemonic phrase, or wallet password.

When you submit an account-deletion request:

  1. normal account access and ordinary sign-in are suspended promptly;
  2. a seven-day deletion grace period begins;
  3. during that period, you may recover the account only after verification and an explicit recovery choice;
  4. if recovery is not completed before the deadline, account deletion becomes final and cannot be reversed;
  5. after final deletion, a later registration using the same email address or wallet is treated as a new account unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Final account deletion includes deletion or irreversible disassociation, as applicable, of email addresses, password hashes where used, passkey credential records, active sessions, refresh tokens, push tokens, registered-device relationships, account preferences, account-to-wallet linkage, and directly identifying analytics or diagnostics identifiers. Service providers processing personal information on our behalf are instructed to delete or restrict the relevant information in accordance with our retention requirements.

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription processed by Apple, Google, or another app store. You must manage or cancel the subscription through the applicable platform unless that platform provides otherwise.

We may retain or may be unable to delete:

  1. public blockchain data, including wallet addresses and transaction records recorded on-chain;
  2. records we are required to retain under applicable law, including certain transaction, accounting, tax, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, or security records;
  3. minimum information necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
  4. backup copies until they expire through the normal backup rotation process, provided completed deletion records are re-applied if a backup is restored;
  5. information independently controlled by third parties under their own privacy policies.

Retained information is separated or access-restricted where appropriate, used only for the applicable retention purpose, and deleted when the retention period expires.

11.1 Inactive Accounts

For purposes of this section, “last activity” means the most recent qualifying authenticated use of the account, such as a successful sign-in, authenticated service request, account-setting change, purchase restoration, or another account action that we designate as active use. Merely receiving a notification does not count as activity.

As an operational retention policy, and not as a statutory dormancy period:

  1. an account with a registered email address may be scheduled for deletion after three years of inactivity;
  2. we will send an account-deletion notice to the registered email address at least 30 days before the scheduled deletion date;
  3. a successful qualifying sign-in or authenticated account use during the notice period cancels the scheduled deletion;
  4. if no qualifying activity occurs during the notice period, the account is deleted using the same final-deletion scope described above;
  5. an account without a registered email address is not automatically deleted solely because of inactivity; however, expired sessions, push-notification tokens, and unnecessary detailed device records may be deleted under separate security and data-minimization schedules.

Push notifications and a notice shown only after a user returns to the App are not treated as the required advance notice for the email-registered inactive-account deletion process.

This inactive-account policy applies to existing and new accounts from 2026-07-01.

12. International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence.

These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms for cross-border data transfers, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, equivalent contractual safeguards, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

By using the Services, you understand that information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children or for users under the minimum age required to use the Services under the EULA or Terms, including users under 17 years old where that minimum age applies.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or underage users. If you believe that a child or underage user has provided personal information to us, contact us at:

support@nftsentinel.com

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child or underage user without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it where required by law.

14. Do Not Track and Tracking Technologies

Some browsers or devices may offer “Do Not Track” or similar signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for responding to such signals, we may not respond to them unless required by applicable law.

If we use cookies, local storage, SDK identifiers, or similar technologies, we use them to operate the Services, remember preferences, improve performance, measure usage, detect abuse, and provide security.

The App does not use cookies. Our website may use basic cookies or similar technologies as described in this Privacy Policy.

15. Marketing Communications

If we send marketing communications, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting us.

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send service-related messages, such as security notices, support responses, policy updates, or transactional messages.

We do not currently send marketing communications.

16. Advertising and Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The App does not currently display third-party advertising. We do not currently use advertising identifiers, including IDFA or Android advertising identifiers, for advertising purposes. We do not engage in cross-app or cross-website behavioral advertising or AppTrackingTransparency-based tracking.

Purchases, subscriptions, and voluntary developer-support transactions are not used for advertising profiling.

We do not use your private wallet credentials because we do not collect them.

If we introduce third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or access to advertising identifiers in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices, permissions, choices, or consent prompts required by applicable law and platform rules before the relevant processing begins.

17. Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other applicable laws.

Where required, we will provide additional notices or rights, including information about:

  1. categories of personal information collected;
  2. purposes of processing;
  3. categories of recipients;
  4. retention periods;
  5. legal bases for processing;
  6. rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, object, or port data;
  7. rights to opt out of certain processing;
  8. rights to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights and wish to exercise those rights, contact us at:

support@nftsentinel.com

If applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing, including under the GDPR or UK GDPR, we may rely on the following legal bases depending on the processing activity.
